Custom Crates & Heavy Boxes

Another area we excel in is our ability to design and manufacture a wide variety of custom crates and heavy boxes for exceptionally heavy contained cargo. Our crate sizes/weight vary, depending on the specific needs of any given customer and the type of cargo each crate/box will contain. Heat-treating services are provided for those whose cargo will be exported.

Customization for each Customer

As with the standard and specialty pallets, there are so many ways to design a crate or box. Each of our customers has specific requirements for how robust their crates must be, depending on the weight of cargo each will carry. We take Safety and OSHA standards very seriously in our environment. Equally important to our customers is that our crates are strong enough to provide safe handling, whether in the plant or in transit.
