Since 1940, the Columbiana, AL family business, Joseph Lumber Company, now a division of Joseph Forest Enterprises, Inc., has evolved as a regional leader in the hardwood lumber and pallet manufacturing industry. Joseph Lumber offers wood products and service offerings to meet the industry’s ongoing demands for specialty products such as: Heavy Pallets, Standard Pallets, Crates, Skids and Blocking.

In the late 1990s, mulch and ground cover were added to its menu of offerings. In 2009, Joseph Lumber launched its heat-treatment services to meet the growing demand for heat-treatment of wood packaging products for the export market.
